I think what makes me think of this place as even more magical and unforgettable than it is anyway is its artwork - it was stunning and utterly heartwarming in its simplicity. Perfect value for money and location. The place was perfectly clean and the bathroom was a stunner with its space, modern decor and heated floors. Our stay there was a seamless and magical experience.

The Gullfoss Waterfall is a 10-minute drive from the hotel. Reykjavík city centre is a 1.5-hour drive away. We actually got upgraded to the Geysir Hotel on arrival and that property, service and location was amazing.

Nestled in the heart of Iceland's stunning South Coast and Golden Cirlce, our hotel offers the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle, conveniently located just over 1 hour from Reykjavík and minutes away to Gullfoss waterfall and Geysir hot springs The room was great, even though it was a bit small for 3 people, but the beds were super comfy, and it was also squeeky clean. Even though we arrived a bit early, we were allowed to have an early check in. The staff was nice and helpful. The TV in the room was the best one I've ever seen!!! The hot tubs were also clean, lovely, kind of isolated from the rooms, yet close enough. It was quiet during the night, we managed to get a proper rest. The restaurant was also very good, nice atmosphere, lovely waiters, good food.
