Easy walk from the station, to sights, restaurants, and parks. The breakfast selection is one of the best I have seen in Roma. I chose the smallest room which was adequate, clean and comfortable. Furnishings and fixtures are all relatively new. This is a family run hotel and everyone was extremely nice. A special thank you to Roberta and Giulia working the front desk. I visit Roma several times a year and this is now my go to place. It is always people that make a moment memorable and all who work here contribute to the experience.

The facilities were kept clean and I was able to stay comfortably. As a Japanese person, the fact that disposable slippers are provided in the rooms is a big plus. Above all, the hospitality of the hotel staff exceeded my expectations. Mr. Flo was particularly proactive in his hospitality, and the information he provided was very useful for someone like me who is not familiar with Rome. Considering the low price range that did not match the location, I was very satisfied. I would like to use this hotel again next time.

I loved the location as it´s 10 min walk from Termini central railway station, so you don´t need to take any transport after you arrive from the airport or in case you would like to take a train to another city. also it´s close to the city center and it´s a walkable distance. the view from the window was phenomenal, i´ve never experienced something like this,pure beauty and history. the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. i appreciate their extra support, they really care about your stay. Also you don´t have to pay extra fees for late check in or early check out as it tends to be a common practice in Rome. but it´s not the case for this hotel
