We had thought of staying at a large hotel in Courmayeur with a spa and I believe a Michelin star, but we were all so happy with our choice, knowing that what we received was a unique experience, a treasured, star-studded highlight of our trip to Italy.

The hotel is excellent, with direct piste access. The staff were superb, and very accommodating. They have a bar that serves drinks and snacks all day and a very good breakfast.

Both a ski equipment rental service and a bicycle rental service are available at the aparthotel. Wonderful hosts came out to greet us on arrival. We were able to park right outside to unload and then park the hire car in a large, free public car park 50m away. The room was warm, and clean with two balconies! While only 100m to the telecabina, is a tough 100m to walk, especially with ski kit, so instead we decided to drive the 10 minutes up to Pila each day where there is ample free parking. The bar area is stunning, made even better by the host thoughtfully leaving a game of Connect Four on our table to entertain us. Thank you so much for everything Natalie!

Each has a private bathroom with free toiletries and hairdryer, while some also have an in-room hot tub and mountain views. the location was ideal right at the start of the old town and shops and restaurants an easy stroll. Once we figured out the parking, it was convenient to take the car in and out each day. The front desk staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful as were all the other staff we encountered--the women in the breakfast area, after hours in the lounge. Breakfast was a delight with a range of local items to taste, part of the reason for traveling to have local experiences. Overall the location and convenience was just ideal.
