We had asked for a ground floor and Hotel Minerva accommodated our request. The room was very large and the bed very comfortable. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. The breakfast was fabulous with an array of sweet and savory dishes. Our host was very pleasant and very helpful with parking our car and our two miniature schnauzers were very welcome. Otranto is very interesting with a castle and a magnificent cathedral and this hotel is within a five minute walk to centro storico. We would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Otranto.

The couple who owns the hotel are retired teacher and doctor who are very nice people. One of the nicest I've met. They even dropped us off the bus station when we left. Very kind people. I'd recommend this place to friends and family who would visit San Giovanni. And if I'd visit this place in the future, I'd stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
