The staff spoke English which was good for us as we do not know Italian. The staff was very helpful in telling us different places to go to help us on our trip. We used its taxi service to take us to The Cave of St. Michael the Archangel and the driver was very informative.

The location, the staff, the room, and breakfast. Everything. It's a family owned hotel. The couple who owns the hotel are retired teacher and doctor who are very nice people. One of the nicest I've met. They even dropped us off the bus station when we left. Very kind people. I'd recommend this place to friends and family who would visit San Giovanni. And if I'd visit this place in the future, I'd stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
