Great place, the rooms are comfortable and offer lots of privacy. There was parking on site and it's in a quieter area close to the castles, but also close enough to the city centre and restaurants.

Hotel Al Viale is in a quiet area of Trieste city centre, a 10-minute walk from the Piazza Unità d'Italia main square and 5 minutes’ walk from the Rossetti Theatre. The harbour is 1.5 km away. All staff so lovely and helpful. We could leave our bags there as we had a 2 day break to go to Aquileia. Good location close to many eating places and closes to buses. Easy walk to the main attractions but far enough away to get away from the crowds!

Hotel James Joyce welcomes you to the most historic district of Trieste, in the Cavana pedestrian area 250 metres from the main square Piazza Unità d'Italia. The staff was amazing, so friendly all the time. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The location was perfect and overall the place is a 10/10

B&B Hotel Trieste is set in a Neo-classical building from the Austro-Hungarian period, in front of the railway station. WiFi is free throughout. The cleanliness of the room and the location.
