We had booked one large room for our family of five & as it was undergoing renovation, they gave us two rooms for the same price, one of them very large with four twin beds & the other with one large bed adjacent. They arranged our pickups from the border & to the airport (for extra of course) & packed us a small breakfast as we were leaving before breakfast was served. Thank you Safa & Rami for everything. The hotel has 50 spacious and neatly decorated guest rooms, all of which have en-suite facilities. Rooms are furnished with one double or twin beds; many rooms have balconies with lovely garden or city views. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the rooms are spacious, very clean and an overall excellent. It is next to the touristic spots in Madaba and has a restaurant as well as being near all other food options.

We were surprised by the attitude of all the staff and especially from Jamal :). We got special treatment from all of them. The room was nice and clean. The location and brekfast also was good.

The new and modern Rumman Hotel is a cozy, family-run business. It is quietly located only a 10-minute walk from the historical centre of Madaba, also known as the City of Mosaics.

The Rumman has 22 nice and simple guest rooms, all with a private bathroom. The hotel has an inviting outdoor restaurant where you can enjoy your included breakfast. We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable for me and my two sons. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, providing us with all the information we needed. We made another reservation for our staying one nigh before flight back to home.

The hotel is very well located and the rooms are very clean. Very kind people and great breakfast, we enjoyed everything ! Also, there were some works in the hotel but we were asked about our organisation to make sure that we would not be annoyed and it was much appreciated !! hope next time we will be able to enjoy the brand new renovated rooftop !
