The staff was exceptional providing us with everything we needed. The room is very clean and modern. The bed is exceptionally confortable, they provide you with all amenities you need (toothbrush, hair brush, razors, eye pads, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner etc.) I highly recommed staying here for as long as you need!

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. The hotel was super clean, the rooms were cleaned daily. The rooms and the hotel was modern, beds were confy. The staff were super nice and helpful. I was at Kyoto before the check-in, so I could left my luggage at the hotel (locked by pin of my own choice) and could ho explore the city. The hotel is 1 station from Kyoto main station and there are bus stop too, so it is very easy to go around and back to the hotel. I recomend, would booked the hotel again.

The washer and bathroom dryer provided were amazing - it really helped us to stretch our clothes (and being able to wear clean clothes everyday was an amazing feeling haha).
