Amazing place to stay at if you are visiting the areas around Okayama, its a very short walk to Kitanagase station which is one station away from Okayama. Room is really spacious and had everything I needed, including a washing machine and dryer! Staff was also really friendly and polite.

By far the best hotel experience we had in our 1 month long trip to Japan. Hotel was easy to find with free parking and an excellent location with amazing service. Could have stayed here for a whole week with the castle views!

Christmas lights at night. Interior was nice with everything provided. The coffee beans and grinder experience was amazing. Perks up the morning 🌄. The was washer nearby. Staff was super helpful with instructions how to use the washer.

Our room had an adjoining garden, which was peaceful and lovely. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The meals were traditional and delicious, with polite and kind staff. The bath was very enjoyable too.

Very good breakfast with Japanese and Western selections. Small but very well designed room, it served our purposes perfectly. We loved the open air bath on the top floor . A wonderful surprise was the ice cream and ramen service in the evening. Lots of restaurants nearby. And very close to the station. The staff were happy to send our luggage ahead to our next destination!

We loved the hotel. The location was great, and the room was spacious. I loved the public bath and free ice cream. We requested an extra pillow and bath towel for our cosleeping child, but it was rejected. Other than that, the stay was extremely comfortable!

The hotel is in a wonderful location - the hotel can be accessed directly from the center street shortcut tunnel to the Bikan Historical quarter, right across the street from the train station. Rooms were very well equipped, beds were quite comfortable. Appreciated the local touches in the rooms, i.e. canvas/textile goods. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very much enjoyed the upper floor view lounge, not only the panoramic view but also the varied and well presented drink amenities. The public bath was wonderful, nicely equipped and spacious. Very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return!
