A bookable shuttle service is in place and works very well, allowing us to leave and arrive from Aizu Wakamatsu station. We also reserved the outdoor bath for private use: incredible! The staff is adorable and helpful: thank you very much!

Although it is sometimes not easy to communicate in English, but they tried their best to understand us and also express themselves. Actually with Google Translator there is no communication issues anymore. My room is the one with private bathroom but still I can use the big bath outside the room, which is very comfortable. The dinner and breakfast are wonderful!! I would be very happy to stay here next time if I visit this city again.

I'm really grateful for her help and concern. she also gave us ticket to the public onsen. 😍 thank you so much, we had a wonderful time.
