The staff is really very nice and friendly, basically you can ask them anything if they can help they definitely do and even extra mile. The toilet might be abit small but overall is really very nice and cozy, the guesthouse 7~10min walk is nippori station. Easy to travel from airport too. Really love it, will be back again if visit Tokyo
