Check-in was very clear and detailed, and our room had a stunning view of the lake and Fuji — absolutely beautiful! The location was excellent, and the traditional Japanese breakfast was both delicious and a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and even felt a bit sad that we didn’t have an extra day there. Highly recommended!

The most exceptional service I've ever seen (and I've traveled 40 countries so I know what I am talking about)! The place is a bit out-dated but it has its own charm and the quality of service and attention is simply next level! Great view from the room, food quality is amazing and meals are very big and diverse! They offer transfer to/from train station as well as drive where you need in the morning when you go sightseeing, which is highly appreciated! Onsen area is small but has a nice view (women's section) and you get to wear a beautiful yukata they prepare you in the room. Japanese futons (bed) are very comfortable even though you need to get used to it after Western bed.

We were very lucky to enjoy a clear, breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji during our visit, which made the stay even more special. The onsen was impeccably clean and wonderfully relaxing, providing the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. If we have the chance to return to Mt. Fuji, there is no doubt that we will be staying here again. This ryokan and its amazing host made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended
