The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. Oh wow. I wish I could stay here forever. It’s so cozy, and I loved the old-world charm. The place is very well maintained; the wooden floors and walls are in perfect condition. We had two big beds in our room, which were perfect for me, my son, and my nephew. There’s also a cozy balcony overlooking the street. Despite being in a quiet location, everything is walkable! The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. One of the staff members, Ian (apologies if I misspelled your name), showed us a map, gave us tips on how to get around, handled our laundry (which was done in less than 24 hours), and even booked our bus ride to Hanoi. Breakfast is included, though it’s served off-site. You just need to walk a few meters down to a riverside café. The staff there were so thoughtful—they even packed meals for my son and nephew without us asking, since only three of us went and they were expecting five. (There's free water refill here, too!)
