Amazing cosy hotel with a helpfull staff. Good location, clean rooms, really nice breakfast, cute barbeque area in the internal yard. Stayed in 4 other hotels in Daugavpils before but this one is definitely my favorite now.

The hotel is located in the city centre. There is a spacious car parking area in front of the main square (visible from the restaurant on the 10th floor) and all rooms facing the main square. Located directly on the main, Riga street. Excellent service, reception, advised me where to go for coffee or lunch. You can also have dinner and lunch in the restaurant upstairs. Very good prices and excellent service. Reservations required for dinner. Breakfast was rather rich. Room was comfortable, clean, with a great view, as well as soundproof.

A small boutique hotel in the city centre yet in a quiet location. The rooms were nicely updated and maintained. Breakfast was good. Staff were smiley.

Fantastic location, in city centre, in a quiet area. Free parking at the door. Friendly, helpful staff. For breakfast we ordered from the evening, from the menu. The pancakes and omlette were home-made, evoking nostalgia for the tastes of good Soviet kitchens. Large room, with a useful large work desk. I would stay there again.

Location was very good, just few meters from city center. We traveled with small child and usually take small travel bed with us, but Dvinska staff provided us with babybed too. Its was very nice. Breakfast served in room. Family friendly place

Very clean, very modern. Amazing location, only 2/3 minutes from the main hotel and the city centre. Next to a lovely park. shops are very close by. there is an amazing restaurant called Gubernator(number 1 restaurant in Daugavpils according to trip advisor) the restaurant is literally 10-20metres from the front door. is soo convenient. the host was very friendly and accommodating. I will try to stay at this place again when I’m coming back in October. This place is perfect for one or two people.
