The property fully lived up to its 9.8 rating. It is honestly a solid 10. The host was extremely kind and helpful, always there on the spot to assist us with anything we needed. You can tell he puts a lot of effort into keeping everything clean and well-maintained, from the garden to the hallways, and especially the room, which smelled amazing and was spotless down to the smallest detail. He also gave us great recommendations for food and beaches.

Very quiet place, no noise, though I was here off season.

The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly hospitable—always friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything we needed. You could really feel their care and attention to detail in everything, from the cleanliness to the comfort of the space. It felt more like visiting kind friends than just renting a place. The nearby beach was quiet and perfect for families—clean, peaceful, and never too crowded. It made the whole experience even more relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, worry-free getaway. We would definitely come back again!

There are a lot of appartments for rent in Ulcinj but this one is the best one. At first when you enter the street you have the idea that you have landed on the wrong side of town with loads of crappy shops and tourist restaurants, but then you come to the appartment building and it is nice, quiet and well kept. It is very clean, well situated close to the very long sandy beaches, it has a wonderful pool. It is very well decorated, we stayed on the top floor app. 201, which houses 4 people with 2 bedrooms. It has a big balcony and airco units in the living room as well as separate ones in the bedrooms. Very comfortable. The beds are good and if needed there is a mattress topper available. Every employee is very friendly. Leo, the owner goes to great lenghts to make your stay as delightfull as possible. He is extremely helpfull and just a very relaxed host. He speaks English and German and gives good recommendations for restaurants. He even made a reservation for us at our top choice restaurant, Higo. We got the best table in the house. I can highly recommend this place. Would love to go back to this place in the future.

The apartment is about 5 minutes from the lovely beach of Petrovac and 3 minutes from a good supermarket. (They say a farmers market is nearby; however, we stayed only one night, so we did not visit it.) Convenient free parking. A good standard breakfast.
