Situated in Querétaro, 3.5 km from Centre, Ibis Queretaro boasts a restaurant, bar and free WiFi throughout the property. There is also private parking access. Staff were all lovely. We had a lost baggage situation at the bus station, so had an unexpected overnight. Ibis is 5 minutes from the bus station. The buffet breakfast was also excellent.

I loved that it's a complete experience. It had everything. A park in front, a great view, an incredible terrace, parking, amazing breakfast, and great value for money. I loved it. The staff is not genuanuily nice but they try to do a good job. The service is not great compared to other places in Mexico, but it's not bad either. The facilities in the bedroom are not well maintained like the carpet and some of the furniture, but it is not bad either. Overall I was extremely happy to have stayed in this place...
