Staff was very friendly and the owner was very hospitable. My kids were using the pool in the evening, the owner came out to light mosquito incense for us as we waited by the poolside. Beds were comfy. There is a common area where you can dine and relax. Also some games to entertain kids.

We stayed at the hotel for three days and two nights. Overall, it was really good. The staff were helpful and polite, and we especially enjoyed the pool. The best part was the beautiful nature surrounding the hotel and the lovely 'private' beach nearby, just a short walk away. We chose rooms with a nature view, which was the best choice. In my opinion, rooms with "pool view" might lack some privacy and tranquility. We even got to see monkeys playing near the hotel, which was awesome! However, be cautious of your belongings at the semi-private beach, as monkeys sometimes came to check them out. The restaurant was very good, although we felt the breakfast could be better for the price. The rooms were spacious enough for two people with medium luggage, but there's no TV or minibar, and the restroom doesn't have a door, just a curtain. Overall, we had a really nice stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Cenang Beach is 10 minutes away. - very friendly staff; very helpful and serviceable - pool was nice and relaxing - roomservice every day - nice spacious room with a large bathroom - new water bottles on a daily basis - location is not in the middle of the center, but we liked that: the walk to the shops/most restaurants is 10 mins or so; the location is perfect for exploring other parts of the island using a motor bike without having to wade through busy city traffic - they got us a motor bike delivered to the hotel, which was really nice - we arrived really early, before our room was ready, but they let us hang out at the pool - very nice
