This place is beautiful: Small paradise right next to Leon! Only 20min away (car) from The Beach (Pacific Ocean). The Cabanas are nice (No AC but with aeration). The regular rooms are super comfortable (+ AC !) Staff is incredible ; we Loved every minute of our 2 days stay. Breakfast is very good (not much variety of choice but food is fresh and delicious). Last : 40 minutes from Chichigalpa (if you want to visit the Flor de Cana Factory - Rum).

Hotel Flor De Sarta is an elegant, boutique hotel located in León, 500 metres from the city's historic cathedral. Free Wi-Fi access is available, as well as an outdoor pool. This has been our favorite hotel so far on our three month holiday through Central america. On the positive side, the rooms.were big, bes comfortable, and it had a nice leather chair and ottoman that you could use. The bathroom had hot water on demand and was spacious enough. On the negative side, the television did not work at all. Just outside our door we had a nice pool which we used daily. It had three lounge chairs and a big seated chair that fit two people. Breakfast was I included and consisted of two choices everyday, unfortunately they were the same choices each day we were there. That said, the breakfast was fine and the service was good. Staff at the reception desk spoke good English. Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for good quality at a reasonable price.

First of all staff: the hotel guard noticed that one of the tiers in my car is without air. Ups. What to do? Fortunately, the hotel owner called the rental company and described the situation (what could I do with my poor Spanish?). The answer was that I needed to repair tier by myself....Additional ups. But again the owner helped me with the compressor and explanations where and how. Beside this, the private parking in the center of Leon is a huge advantage.

Amazing vibes and super friendly staff! The common areas were perfect for meeting other travellers. Very peaceful and restorative. Food is very good. You should also try the massage there. I am not used to stay at one place longer than 2-3 days and I stay 10 days. First time in 13 years of travelling.

Hotel Los Balcones Leon is located just 3 minutes' walk from León main square and its cathedral. It features rustic-style décor and free WiFi throughout the property. Perfect location next to the french bakery, very central and convenient for walking around town. Spectacular view of the cathedral with amazing sunset. Staff was really sweet and helpful.
