The dishes were included Japanese food such as miso or yuzu and those are very tasty combinations with European style ones. The quality of the service was quite nice too. For Japanese, Dutch service is often so frustrating and sometimes unprofessional but here is nothing like that.They are so friendly and the view from the restaurant and the room was also amazing.I'm sure that I will come back.

Hotel Excelsior in the Statenkwartier district in The Hague is a century old townhouse with a spacious garden. It offers free Wi-Fi and traditional yet functional rooms with a TV. Ed was a wonderful host. Included breakfast was a very welcome surprise. The location is great for accessing areas of Den Haag, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Comfortable and clean rooms. You will sleep very well here. A unique and unforgettable experience! Thank you Ed!

Our stay was perfect. The room was beautiful with a balcony. Breakfast was delicious and brought to our room at the time we asked. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We were absolutely positively surprised on our arrival. We were greeted by a welcome sign accompanied with some refreshments, drinks and snacks for all tastes, thank you! First of all the location is perfect for exploring Rotterdam, conveniently situated near public transport stops and shops. The boathouse itself was spacious and comfortable. It was clean, inviting, lovely beds with comfy mattresses and fresh sheets. The kitchen had everything you might need for a short stay, washing machine and dishwasher available, can't fault it in any way. Beautifully smelling towels, quantity was more than enough for four of us. Had a great, enjoyable stay! will definitely stay again. Can highly recommend to anyone.
