The Garden Hotel, Christchurch features a restaurant, café and ample free on-site parking. It is 650 metres from Shirley Golf Course and 850 metres from Palms Shopping Mall. our room was very clean, and although kitchen area is quite old, it was functional and well stocked with utensils. room was very spacious and beds were so comfortable. loved the manuka soap, awesome cookies and hot chocolate provided. really felt the hotel's thoughtfulness for their customers to have a comfortable stay. location is great too, near to main road and shopping mall. sad that we only stayed a night, arriving late and having to leave early the next day. it was real value for money, and in my opinion, the room was better than what the photos portrayed.
