Each apartment includes electric blankets, satellite TV and a DVD player. Free WiFi access is provided. Staff were lovely . The accommodation was exceptionally clean and was very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. We were given a small bottle of milk and biscuits , tea, coffee and hot chocolate. This was just an overnight stay en route to Milford Sound but it was made very enjoyable by the staff.

Motel Aden Te Anau is 5 minutes’ walk from Te Anau Memorial Gardens, and 14 minutes’ walk from Te Anau city centre, the starting point for the boat ride to the Glow Worm Caves. Milford Sound, Queenstown, Invercargill and Gore are all a 2-hour drive from Te Anau. Updated older motel in Te Anau close to downtown and very quiet. Rooms had wonderful murals over the beds. The kitchens were fully stocked if you wanted to cook. Parking was easy.

Kelvin Hotel is situated in the city centre, only a short walk to major attractions and a 10-minute drive to the Invercargill Airport. The hotel offers rooms with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi access. There is an on-site bar and restaurant. The room is very comfortable and spacious. A fabulous bathroom with a bath which was ideal for a bubble bath soak!! Food is excellent and all the staff are attentive and professional.

Red Tussock Motel is a short 10-minute walk to Te Anau city centre, Lake Te Anau and the popular Kepler walking track. Excellent location for walking along lake and into town. Very comfortable room with everything we needed. Robin was friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly recommend Red Tussock Motel.

Lovely host, welcoming and friendly. Property was nice. Very quiet. The most comfortable bed on my trip so far. Had the best nights sleep of my trip so far.
