One of the best places we've had. Wonderful staff, great food, cool vibes. The view from the bungalows is stunning and the island itself is just wonderful. Location: We were looking for a quiet place close to El Nido and this fit the bill perfectly. You're close enough to the town (like 5-10 minutes by tricycle) for all the tours but far enough to be away from all the noise and chaos. They provide shuttle to vanilla beach but you can also just walk there as it's close by. The property: The room was pretty much as described, and had all the essentials. You get an amazing view from the rooms and the restaurant. The grounds are nicely kept. Food: The food was good and reasonably priced. Try their pizza! Staff: All the staff we encountered were friendly and the owner's up for a chat if he's around.

Last Frontier Beach Resort - Adults Only is a beachfront property set in El Nido, located within 8 km from Big Lagoon and 9 km from Small Lagoon. Staff was very friendly and the suite was very spacious and beautiful. There was a good variety of options for the free breakfast and the poolside sunset views were such a treat. Location felt far enough away from the noise of the town, but was still easily accessible by a short tricycle ride.

The enchanting quality of this place is attributed to a remarkable individual named Vanessa, who adeptly, generously, and insightfully oversees its operations alongside two exceptional ladies, Carol and Helen, who prepare exquisite dishes featuring organic, natural, and fresh ingredients. The gentlemen responsible for maintaining this splendid location and operating the boat service to the village have consistently demonstrated exceptional helpfulness, with punctuality as precise as the roosters that crow every morning at the same hour. I have visited many beautiful places, yet what distinguishes this location as the most beautiful, special, and extraordinary of all is the dedication of the individuals who work here. Lunch and Dinner: 5***** Breakfast: 5***** Beach: 5***** Accommodation: 5***** Cleanliness: 5***** For those seeking peace, tranquility, a connection with nature (sea, forest, wildlife), and an opportunity to disconnect from the cacophony of the physical and digital worlds, Playa Encantada is the ideal destination. Please Note: Only your eyes will truly appreciate such beauty. It is advisable to set aside your mobile phone. I would like to extend my gratitude to Vanessa once again. She possesses extensive knowledge, invigorates the region, and boasts an impressive network of contacts. Should you require a motorbike, car, or tuk-tuk, Vanessa can arrange transportation for you in a matter of minutes; she can also recommend the best agency for touring the island. This commentary serves not only as a positive reflection on Playa Encantada but also as a plethora of commendations for Vanessa.

Rooms were very well designed - loved the number of plug sockets, especially the ones by the bed! Really phenomenal food at incredibly reasonable prices. Location - close to Lio beach (a must visit location) and close to the Town too for boat trips, karaoke and souvenir shopping. People working there were very attentive. Room kept clean and reasonably priced bar on site too. Even liked the pool.
