Set in a historically-listed building, this hotel is 7 minutes’ walk from Sundsvall Central Station and 350 metres from the Bothnian Sea. The continental breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect for us. I think that the property is extremely good value for money and one could tell that the staff worked hard to make our stay as seamless as possible. Also, we could tell that what the management are trying to do comes from the heart and the decor was oldie worldie but contemporary at the same time. In a nutshell, tasteful!

Location was excellent, very easy to reach from the highway. Late reception was the main benefit for us, as we were driving late. Breakfast was plenty to choose from, warm and cold dishes, stylish dining room, attentive waitresses very helpful, nice to start a day with smiling faces around at breakfast.
