Lovely small breakfast of sticky rice, toast, and coffee/tea every morning. The hotel staff lined up scooters for me and my friend upon arrival, as well as a boat tour. It was a really well-kept hotel, with nice staff, nice amenities, and comfortable and spacious rooms. It was centrally located to visit many places around the town. Perfect for photographers like myself to base out of to explore around the area. Go see the Elephant Cave!

Hapla beach cottage is located on Koh Khao Island, just 50 metres from the sea. It offers a beach restaurant, bar and bungalows with a balcony. Free on-site parking is available. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit and lovely omelet. The staff was particularly great, always friendly and welcoming and sweet. The location is absolutely fantastic.

Offering a terrace with a fan and water sports facilities, Lake View Bungalows is set in the Khuk Khak Beach district in Khao Lak, 5 km from Tsunami Memorial - Rue Tor 813. The warmth of Karl in discussing the menu and offering suggestion for breakfast was far more exceeding the expectations. Menu and quality of food was rich and fresh. Timing of breakfast was flexible. It was a great atmosphere for all nationals to have the breakfast with a chat and sharing of the last night activity and then what the day is stored for each one to do.
