The room was beautiful and spacious. Perfect for our stay. The breakfast was a bit pricey but there were a lot of options. The layout of the building was a bit odd but not difficult to figure out. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. There are two bus stops on either side of the property and the buses run fairly regularly.

Lovely location, right near the rope way, and Ita Thao village and the wharf. Beautiful path next to the lake to work or ride a bike. Tall trees and lush undergrowth make it charming. The chalet we stayed in was quiet and partially hidden by trees. Breakfast is institutional but pleasant enough.
