A fridge, a microwave and stovetop are also available in the kitchen, as well as a coffee machine. Staff met us and was helpful in directing us to local trail at Chilkat State Park (a must!). Everything else was as excellent. We had a spectacular view of the fjord from our deck…it was a dream to be there.

The balcony, the attention to detail... If you add to all that the kindness of the owners and a perfect location for the most iconic spot in Seward, there's really nothing to complain about.

The property is non-smoking and is located 5.5 km from University Of Alaska Southeast. I have stayed here several times now and this is my number 1 choice when visiting Juneau. The property is a unique treasure. It’s quiet, clean and the location is very convenient. Parking is so easy. The staff is always very kind and professional. The shuttle is very dependable. Just a really great place to stay.

Close to the Marine Wildlife Center, but a bit far away (to far to walk, especially when it is raining) from the cruise terminal and for the starting point of Kenai Fjord Tours.
