He arranged the bus from the airport for us, and he helped us with the motorbike trip around the loop (including rent of very good motorbike). He was ready during whole journey as a "friend on phone " to help us with everything, each time when we had any question or problem, he was ready on whatsup. It was absolutely amazing "all inclusive" service, we appreciate it and can recommend this accomodation to everybody.

It's easy to communicate through WhatsApp. We had a midnight check in and they kindly waited for us. The breakfast is good, an egg sandwich, coffee, two pancakes and fresh orange juice.

This hotel has a bit distance from main street but not noisy and has good scenery around. I stayed here while being back from Dong van and continued to Ha giang by a cabin bus on next day. I got a reservation by myself a bus but worried about picking me up at hotel or not. When I asked about this to the hotel owner, he called to the bus company instead of me and made the pick up service at hotel sure. Actually the pick up van stopped at main road, but the owner brought me to the point by his motorbike. .
