The room was the best I’ve encountered in Vietnam. Huge and soft bed with two pillows. Tons of space for luggage. Bathroom with an enclosed shower. I could go on. The breakfast was plentiful with Vietnamese dishes, à la carte options, and breads, pastries, juices, yogurts, and eggs. The staff were lovely! I wish I stayed here for my entire stay in Hanoi. It’s a lovely hotel.

The rooms, garden balcony, and especially the people are exceptional. I had several wonderful nights touring Hanoi and the hotel offered what I’d consider in the US five star service and facilities at a very reasonable cost. They organized a tour to Sapa, organizing the overnight bus, getting to the overnight bus, the stay, and everything to make it amazingly easy. The tour was also very reasonable on price. When I arrived, I needed to take a flight that night so didn’t book a room but still needed somewhere to take a short nap and they gave me a room for five hours for a lesser price just to rest and put my luggage together for the flight. Exceptional hotel with what I’d call generous service. The area is also in a beautiful part of Hanoi, the old quarter where most events in Hanoi are. Highly recommend!!

Every day when I return to the hotel, I can see that they clean the room very clean, which is very important for people who are very tired after a day of playing. I will miss this hotel.
