The hotel is in a perfect location. The staffs are all very nice, warm and helpful. Leo paid extra effort to help for resolving an issue we had with the hotel dry cleaning service. Very patient, calm, and considerate. He also rode his scooter to catch us while we left for the airport to return our water bottle . The hotel has a good breakfast too.

After 4 months if traveling with kids in different places in Thailand and Laos, i must say it was refreshing to stay in s place with such a service. The entire team including the manager were incredibly helpful and nice. We highly recommend this hotel.

Every day when I return to the hotel, I can see that they clean the room very clean, which is very important for people who are very tired after a day of playing. I will miss this hotel. All facilities are brand names, really quality Nice room in all and finally the staffs, I met 2 female receptionist in the morning ang 1 male in the night shift...THEY ARE ALL SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

The location of the hotel is great, the room was clean, with free bottled water every day and they upgraded us to room with balcony, which was great. The hotel employees were very nice and helpful, and we were able to leave suitcases in the hotel, while we were waiting for our plane, so we could get around the town suitcase free. We also made reservation for Halong bay through the hotel, and we were very satisfied.
