The staff are absolutely brilliant, super helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to post something i needed posting on the day we left. They kept me updated until it arrived in Austria. Excellent Location, lovely rooms, comfortable beds. Bryan and staff are absolutely fantastic! Hold off booking any tours because Bryan has fantastic options for great prices and really goes above and beyond to make sure it’s a memorable experience and he will check in to make sure everything is going well! We booked our Ha Giang Loop tour and Ha Long Bay Cruise with Bryan and they were exceptional and he made sure there was a room here for us when we got back from both. Will definitely stay here time and time again if we are ever back in Hanoi. There is a laundry service available as well which is a bonus on top of everything else
