Without a doubt, this place is a hidden gem. The room was clean, spacious, and I especially loved the balcony with its beautiful little garden. All the staff were exceptional—friendly, caring, and always willing to help. Phong (Derick) was especially impressive, always on top of his work and checking in to see if I needed anything, which made me feel very welcomed and safe. Ryan also went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I would give them 11/10! I will definitely come back.

The street closes for traffic at 6pm making it a walking area filled with wonderful street food and activity. The Staff was exceptional - we arrived early after taking the overnight train from Ha Noi and they provided early check in and did the utmost they could do even though they were fully booked the night before. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast really good- not just a buffet but also individual choices as to some hot food that you ordered the night before.
