Located just 5 minutes' drive from Apia's town centre and 30 minutes' drive from Faleolo International Airport, the hotel is within a 10-minute walk from the Flea Market. Moatoga Hotel is conveniently located opposite the Fugalei Fresh Produce Market, the Fugalei bus terminal, supermarkets and taxi stands. I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and during my stay, I unfortunately broke my foot. From the moment it happened, the staff, particularly Fou and Ben, went above and beyond to take care of me. Ben called the ambulance, gave me his crutches (!), and Fou accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time, offering incredible support and comfort. The whole team felt like family—checking on me constantly while I was confined to my room for three days due to the injury. They also ensured I had everything I needed, from transportation to meals. I was truly amazed by the level of personal attention and care I received throughout my stay. This wasn’t just customer service; it felt like genuine compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely care about your well-being. They turned what could have been a difficult situation into a much more manageable and even heartwarming experience.

How close it was to town and just how kind the owners were they delivered to all our needs whenever we needed anything, also was always willing to do the moving for us when we could do ourselves, they were amazing, loved every bit of staying with Maota
