We were met by a very nice host. He explained everything, not only regarding accommodation, and offered us help during our stay. Departure was also perfectly fine.

The location is the best thing about the property, the view of my window was the Vatican museum, but I also have to say, the staff were also very friendly and quickly, the property were very clean and tidy. Well done everyone.
