We needed to pay an extra fee for room tax which was understandable. The room we had was as per pictures and quite clean. The breakfast including onigiri and soup were very convenient for us to grab and go because we need to leave early to go to our destinations. The location is very convenient too, close to konbinis and Hakata station

They were very friendly and helpful. We also loved the free shuttle to and from Hakata station. It made it easier for us to travel around Fukuoka and enjoy lots of sight seeing.

The location is nice being near the station but in the quite side of the station and being next to 7-11 is a big plus. The staffs were all nice especially ladies at the breakfast service.

He always gave us a big smile and approached you for helping immediately without asking. The price was so reasonable and got the delicious free breakfast. If you travel by train with big suitcase. Exit A6 for the elevator.
