Excellent downtown location within walking distance to the castle and shopping. There is a bus stop a few hundred feet away and the bank next door has an IC card charging station. There is a Daily Yamazaki combini adjacent to the hotel as well. The room safe is big enough for my laptop and other valuables. The breakfast at this location is better than other Toyoko Inns.

It's a good business hotel. It's simple but very clean. It has a Spa (hot tub), which I enjoyed. It's walking distance from the Higo Ozu Station, which is the closest station from the airport and there is a free bus from the airport to the Higo-Ozu station, but still it is like a 10-15 minute walk. There is no breakfast service but it has a lot convinience store close by and a few restaurants. It's in a very quiet area.

The hotel is very convenient, located next to Kumamoto station and Amu plaza with plenty of choices of restaurants. I am impressed with the welcoming staffs and reception. Excellent service. I have stayed at other Blossoms chain hotels but this hotel is the best and most beautiful one I have seen.

great location, near kumamoto train station and the shopping arcade area plus all the sight seeing around Kumamoto to see the castle, shrines and temples. Open the window for a great view of the canal which is running through the city. it's a typical business hotel.

It was a good enough business hotel (as you expect), but the staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was good, and there was always enough food.

For the weebs. For only 500 yen you can watch unlimited anime and JAV all night long. I will definitely stay again at Toyoko Inn just for their VOD service.

A lovely bed&breakfast surrounded by quiet nature. Cabon was comfortable and tidy, service was extremely friendly and the breakfast provided was tasty and plentiful. We enjoyed a private bath in the evening and looked at the beautiful starry sky. A very relaxing experience, thoroughly recommended for nature lovers looking for a casual and quiet place to stay.

Before the Chinese covid , always stayed I this chain hotel, haven't been in japan for 3 years, dormy still could keep the standard., i have joined the membership club, unfotunately I did not know japanese, dont understand any info on the club email.

As usual Toyoko Inn has decent sized twin rooms enough to accommodate a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Rooms/interior is clean and cozy. Location is also nice, close to shopping malls etc. Parking is also available in case you travel by car.

Room was good, we paid a little extra for a larger room and it was bigger than expected. The kids had the standard size room which was fine and had views of the castle. Hot Spa was basic but quite, I didn't see another woman in there. But this is a predominantly business hotel and more men than women. The staff were very helpful and we were able to store our luggage after checkout.
