The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed – and even more! It’s not often you see a host who provides two types of shampoo, laundry detergent, and extra toilet paper. That was a really nice touch. The host, Gergana, was on a whole different level – super friendly and quick to reply. She also gave us great tips on what to do in the city. We had a small issue with the electricity, and she fixed it in just 5 minutes! I strongly recommend this place. You’ll be in good hands with Gergana!

Absolutely beautiful, clean & modern villa! All kinds of cooking equipment, coffee sugar etc. pool was SO warm and lovely, we enjoyed a lovely warm swim each morning. Plenty of space. Effortless check in & check out It’s even better in real life than the photos! We will definitely be back!

Apartment was great for us as a couple but would suit two couples very well, very secure apartment, windows have bars and shutters, doors have security gates, shops are an easy walk and an English supermarket is within driving distance. Very large screen Tv and good Wi-Fi.

First of all the house has a wonderful location, fantastic views and it is super quiet! For sure a 10! Unfortunately there were some annoying issues regarding the inside of Casa Pino, which changed the general rating for me. See the negative section. Generally, apart from what is mentioned below, I enjoyed my stay there!

Fantastic location, in a quiet but central area of Florida Torrevieja, lovely walk to a huge variety locals bars, restaurant's and shops! The villa was perfect, off-street parking easily accessible by a electric gate and then into the vast and beautiful gardens with the bonus of a table tennis table and luscious gardens to sit and relax! The pool was amazing, my children quickly filled it with their favourite floaties but with a combination of swimmers and non swimmers it was prefect depth throughout and safe for all. So many hours spent enjoying the privacy of your own pool but with all the fun you could want. Inside the villa was spacious, exceptionally clean and had absolutely everything you could need and more! We spent lots of time just looking at the wonderfully stocked kitchen, it puts mine to shame! The air conditioning is a lifesaver in the July/August heat and even the two rooms with lots of fan were perfect for sleeping and we as a family of five were never hot in the night and slept so well, there is not a sound at night just the view of the beautiful lake and lights of the horizon! We made use of the open plan outdoor BBQ area, as a keen BBQ family, it was ideal, the BBQ was very large but more so everything you could want is just in one spot, grill, hot plate, sink, BBQ, tables and chairs! It felt like we were in a top hotel! And then in the evening we liked to sit up on the roof terrace and enjoy the stars and the beautiful breeze. The host Monique is exceptionally generous with her villa, a beautiful welcome hamper which meant I could make a cup of tea straight away and have a glass of wine! Towels (so many) free coffee, washing powder (amazing washing machine) free Wi-Fi, Netflix, toilet paper, toilettes, spices, kitchen roll, floats, ...... honestly the list goes on! There was nothing more we wanted in a villa, just to have stayed longer!!! All can stay if you are looking for a 5 star retreat in a superb villa book here!

    Lovely villa with seaview a few minutes walk from main strip, lots of space and secure garden area. Private underground parking a bonus. All necessary items available in the villa make it feel like home. Julie our host was great help and organised everything for us.

    amazing villa, the beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. Everything we needed was there. It is a great location, close to the beach and shops. Great sea view on the balcony upstairs but also privacy outside downstairs! went as a family of 6 and would definitely be back again!
