We had a fantastic stay at Can Pintat. I really can’t fault it. I chose this house because of the safety of the pool as I have three young children. But the entire house exceeded my expectations. It’s a stunning house, with three outdoor seating areas around that you can move to depending on where the sun is. The pool is clean and great for kids- and very secure with fencing all around and stiff locks on the gates that the kids couldn’t access. The house is very clean and has everything in it you could need. There are three great bedrooms with a balcony that is off one of them, there is also AC in the rooms which was a godsend in the hot evenings trying to sleep. It was fantastic value for money- and so close to the beach and very short driving distance from Porto Cristo- we got a taxi at midnight for €8 so very easy to get around if you don’t have a car. We had a car though, and it make everything very easy so would recommend. The house is so secure and safe, there are bars on all the windows. There’s even a play area for the kids with swings and slides and a goal and football. We had a perfect stay and weren’t ready to leave. My daughter cried as we pulled away! (We also met the owner Javier as he came one day to install the summer canopy’s outside- he was a lovely man and chatted with us about restaurants and places we could take the kids)

It was absolutely pleasant stay. Apartment is huge, well furnitured and equipped. Big private terrace, from where you can see sea. The beach is 100 meters away. Main promenade with shops and restaurants also 100 meters away. Free parking on the street.

The pool and the apartment was very clean and tidy, with lots of storage for your belongings. The beach is less than 10 minutes away by foot, supermarket halfway to the beach. Parking is easy near the apartment, and we were not bothered by anyone.

Location was great, 5 minutes walk from Aldi and the 2 main bus stops of Cala Millor and 10 minutes to the beach. Nice peaceful area right next to the police station 😄 Apartment was excellent, great bathroom although drains smelt at times, comfortable twin beds with extra pillows and blankets if needed. Plenty of plug sockets by the beds and near the desk, in the lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was basic, 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle, 1 pan and 1 frying pan, crockery, utensils but not much else. Really needed a bread knife, a corkscrew, spoons for stirring the 1 pan and we would have used a toaster at breakfast! TV, balcony and A/C just as pictured in the advert. We didn't use the pool or any of the 3..(just 3) sun loungers but we did get friendly with the resident black cat brothers who are both neutered and well cared for! 😻🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ We would definitely stay here again. The sign on the apartment block is incorrect, it's something like Le Trebol..nowhere does it say Terrazza!
