We had such an amazing stay at this apartment - the view from the terrace is incredible. I spent an hour in the morning just sitting and sipping a coffee. We are a family with two children and loved how quiet it was - I believe it's mainly a residential complex and we had the swimming pool to ourselves. Jose met us at the apartment and gave us a tour and the keys.

The villa is even better than the pictures. It was more than big enough for our group of 11 adults. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The owners were really friendly and helpful. The pool was a great size and was warm (even without heating). It's about a 20-minute drive to Maspalomos - the windy hills are about 15 minutes if that. Because it's in the hills, you feel like you're in your own little world, which was great. I would highly recommend this place!

Perfect location for us. Nearest bar a 15 minute walk away across the beach and up the 160 stairs perfect for us as we like walking. If you are going out for meals etc then a car would be useful however we made use of the busses which run all day and into the late evening. Bus stop a ten minute walk away. Wi fi 5g. Great sized apartment, lovely sunrise each morning and already booked next year. Not for you if you want to be in the middle of the night scene.... its residential so very peaceful at night which was well suited to us. Highly recommend

    Luxurious and beautiful villa with lots of space and a great layout for a family holiday. Very close to an excellent supermarket, and beach and restaurants are within easy walking distance (15mins). Option for heated pool which was fantastic and new addition of a hot tub and garden area which made the experience even better.
