Comfortable, quirky, characterful, and in a wonderful location. Clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Great WiFi and TV for those evenings in. A nearby cafe for evenings out. Exceptionally helpful host. Great bedrooms, as long as you can climb steep steps to the one upstairs. Nice little terrace. Convenient parking nearby. Simply lovely.

The host was incredibly helpful, he picked us up from the nearest station, he took us to a shop in the town for us to pick up basic groceries and informed us of the nearest supermarket and boulangerie etc. We managed to communicate through translation tools but it worked well. The property is spacious, comfortable and clean. The air con in every room was a real bonus in the 38degree heat

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. Our host, Amelie was a very welcoming and responsive. The house is a short walk to shops and restaurants which was very convenient. The house was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to prepare meals. As you would expect for a townhouse, the living area is reached by a set of stairs and second set to the bedrooms, something to consider if you have young children. We would stay again, the town centre location is so convenient and there is a garage with secure access to the property. Definitely a gem of a find in Saumur!
