A very cosy little cottage with a kitchen (oven, cooktop, microwave, sink etc) and basic laundry facilities (Note: Washing machine only, no dryer, just a clothes rack). Nestled in amongst the trees of the stunning park-like grounds at Sutton House on the outskirts of Dartford, this cottage is quiet and relatively private. Free fast WiFi and smart TV with various streaming services available. Swimming Pool and a nice relaxing (and sheltered) Hot Tub onsite and available for guest use. Far enough out in the countryside to be quiet and relaxing, but close enough to supermarkets, service stations, restaurants, shopping centres and motorways to make getting supplies easy and to make getting to/from the cottage really simple. Easy key pickup and clear directions provided to make "check in" a breeze. The Hosts were friendly, helpful and understanding when I called for assistance because I hadn't read the instructions properly. Plentiful and easy parking facilities.

Very quiet street and comfortable beds so had a great nights sleep! Lovely touches like the basic amenities left in the kitchen, biscuits and bottled water on the dining table! Great value for money and friendly host.

Mulberry house is a beautiful and cozy house.. we loved it.. cozy sitting room on the first floor is so comforting and my 3 kids loved. They had so many toys and puzzles to play with .we always came back to the warm house which made us all happy.. Highly recommend 🥰🥰🥰

I’m really happy with my stay at Mallard house. It was a last minute booking and I got to the property quite late in the night but despite the lateness the host was very communicative. He remained contactable all through, responded to all my enquiries promptly and made my check in seamless. The house is so beautiful. It must have been refurbished recently ‘cos it’s so neat. Every furniture in the house seems new including the beds. Such a nice place and a nice host. I will definitely be staying here again.

House is well looked after and in a good location. The owner of the property was very friendly and provided all the information that was needed. There was also a good security system in the house too. I would definitely recommend people staying here if they have a large group and need a few bathrooms/toilets and somewhere that is close to other places.
