    Great location with excellent views. The welcome pack explained everything we needed to know. Neighbours were friendly. Nice riverside walk in the village and an excellent tearoom. Everyone we met in the area was really friendly

    Great location for a holiday in the countryside, the accommodation is really comfy and well equipped, it felt brand new. The owners are really friendly and on hand if needed, but happy to leave you to enjoy your holiday if you didn’t need them. The alpacas are an added treat, a little pocket of Peru in Northumberland. Lovely pub in the village, very welcoming.

    The House is in a wonderful quiet location, stright off the former rail line. A short walk to the village and then into Kielder Forest & Kielder Water. The house is small but perfect for 2 people to be very comfotable. Fabulously presented. The absence of Wi-Fi or mobile network means a blissful way to get away from life, although it only takes a short stroll to pick up a signal if you really need one. Fabulous for our well behaved Pointer dog.

    Great little cottage in a lovely quiet peaceful village, great location for Kielder water and walking the surrounding area. A short 5 minute walk to the Blackcock Inn which is a brilliant village pub.

    Total peace and quiet. No Internet, but that was a bonus. Lovely welcome gift and location suited us perfectly. 5 min walk into the village. The local pub serving superb food.
