This is a beautifully located home from home, which had everything we needed and more. Sonia and Lee were superb hosts and couldn't do enough for us. They also have great taste in decor! There is so much to do in the local area, from visiting the immaculate beach, to the War Memorial, Dover Castle, the safari park, and the Battle of Britain Museum. After all of the walking we did, the hot tub was a very welcome retreat.

The three of us were guests for two nights during our stopover on our journey home from Wales to Germany. We were warmly welcomed by John and were able to relax and rest well before continuing our journey home. John and his family were super friendly and the log cabin was cosily furnished. On the second evening we also had a cloudless sky and were able to watch the stars. The location is great: very quiet and you feel very close to nature. We will definitely be back. Property was booked for my niece and her friend, over from America for the first time as lone travellers. They were thrilled with the size and quality of the property after hostel accommodation, and loved the fantastic sea views on both sunny and stormy days.
