I was a bit hesitant to book at first because of the one negative review, but after staying here myself, I can confidently say that review was completely misleading. The property was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. There was no smoke odor anywhere—everything smelled fresh and the house felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The fridge was new and worked perfectly. We had no issues at all during our stay. The toilet was properly sealed and we didn’t notice any of the problems mentioned in the other review. The blinds were also in good condition. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. Communication was excellent, and any questions we had were answered promptly. It’s a spacious and well-equipped 3-bedroom house, and I found it to be great value for the price. The location is convenient, with shops and retail parks very close by. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. Don’t let that one bad review mislead you—it doesn’t reflect the actual quality of the property or the host.

Our family spent 3 nights here, house was fantastic in a lovely quiet residential road. We had a great weekend - the house was spotless, comfortable and very spacious even with 7 people staying. Kids loved how the living area opened out into the garden and spent the first evening watching the deer on the golf course behind the house. The owner was very proactive with details and answered all queries. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.
