This cottage is absolutely beautiful and super comfortable we really don’t want to go. Darryl our host was very helpful and a great communicator. Clitheroe is quite but cute with some nice places close by to eat. Highly recommend as a place to stay.

Couldn't fault this little Gem, and the Hosts were fabulous and so understanding. I have quite a few health issues and when I had a bad turn early on and struggled to make checkout they were so attentive to my needs, honestly I can't recommend this place enough. It's beautiful.

It was clear to see that no expense had been spared on the furnishings at Number 10. Lounge was comfortable with ample seating for 4, and the kitchen had everything you needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms luxurious.

We have had a fabulous weekend in a beautiful setting and what a view to wake up to! Steve and Fiona are fantastic hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The lodge has everything you need and more, Fiona has added the most perfect little touches. Thank you and we will definitely be visiting again 🙂

    Lovely little cosy cottage, immaculately clean and the hosts were brilliant, very welcoming. Sabden was a lovely surprise, not only a good base but a pretty welcoming village and on the road to lots of places to explore. Very reasonably priced for the area

    This is a lovely property in a very nice village. It had everything we needed. The hosts provide milk, bread, tea, coffee and other bits and pieces which we very much appreciated. The bedding and towels smelt very clean. There is also places to sit outside if the weather allows. We would definitely stay again.

    Very comfortable and spacious accommodation with its own little courtyard for sitting outside. Had a piece of cake on arrival, and even an Easter card during the week. Caroline seems to get a kick out of adding those extra touches that makes her guests' stay a bit special. Lovely house, lovely people, lovely village and a great holiday.
