The cottage was lovely, it had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice hot shower. Good wifi connection and it was the perfect location for the event we were attending. Great info given from the hosts for the keys etc.

The three of us were guests for two nights during our stopover on our journey home from Wales to Germany. We were warmly welcomed by John and were able to relax and rest well before continuing our journey home. John and his family were super friendly and the log cabin was cosily furnished. On the second evening we also had a cloudless sky and were able to watch the stars. The location is great: very quiet and you feel very close to nature. We will definitely be back. Lovely cottage, clean, cosy, with a very well equipped kitchen. Parking was easy to find on the road outside (arrived mid afternoon). The pub just down the road was very friendly with good food. Good place to stay for getting to the channel tunnel, just 15mins drive away.
