Beautiful house, very comfortable and had everything you could wish for. As we travelled by train we used the local transport and managed to get around by bus and train with no problem. We would stay again without hesitation.

Lovely space, with huge rooms and lots of seating. Perfect for large groups, having 2 sitting rooms was a godsend as the kids could have one and the grownups could relax. Great WiFi was appreciated by all, especially the teenagers! We took our tablets so we could watch our usual streaming services, the tvs had Freesat. It is quite old fashioned but we found that charming and it's in a perfect spot. Lovely wrap around garden, will definitely come again. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom would be perfect to bring our elderly parents next time too

    A really special place, recently renovated to an excellent standard with many luxurious touches. Good quality beds and linens, fab showers and great water pressure. A brilliant location close to the sea and rail station which meant we didn't have to move the car for days. Picturesque village. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

    The location in the village close to shop and places to eat is perfect and it’s a very short walk to the beach. Beautifully presented, clean, warm and so cosy we loved this place. We even found a home baked cake on arrival which is such a lovely touch.

    It was very well planned . Everything we needed was there . A few treats in the fridge on arrival , a pub with a large garden across the road . Beach a few minutes away , a village store with everything. Our dog loved it . Maybe again next year .

    The property is beautifully furnished and the village is in a great location for the north Norfolk coast. it is well equipped for a small family and had everything we needed for a self catering stay. it’s a 5 minute walk from a lovely beach!
