Location is very convenient for going around Kassandra. The beach near Nea Fokea is very near, which was great for afternoon walks on the beach and also Afytos is just 3 minutes away with a car and there is a very convinient parking there to do shopping and buy food, etc. I rate my stay 10/10 and it was a nice house overall.

This house is amazing, there is a lot of space and it has all you need for a summer vacation (or winter - there are two fireplaces that we wished we could light up) . We made breakfast in the upstairs kitchen every morning, the kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. From there you step out to the big balcony and have breakfast looking at the sea. There is the biggest rosemary bush ever in the garden, olive trees and flowers. There are 4 bedrooms, each with its own balcony. Every floor has a bathroom (3 in total), they were clean and there was always enough hot water. The beds and the pillows are very comfortable. There are no beaches within walking distance but we went by car to several different ones and there are many beautiful beaches that you can reach in 5-10 minutes. Overall, our stay here was perfect and we would 100% come back. It was 5 of us and we had more than enough space, I believe 8 people could easily stay here and have enough room.

The whole villa is exceptional. Its crystal clean and has everything you need for your family stay. We stayed for over a week with a baby and felt very comfortable. The host kept in touch with us during our stay, making sure we had everything we need :) We would definetely recommend and we'll be back again soon

The location was excellent with a wonderful view of the sea. The house is literally on the beach and the children had the time of their life as they could play in the garden safely. The hostess was very friendly and really helpful.

    The house is located in one villas complex, near Afitos village, wich was 600 meters from us. We went every day to the beach and to the restaurants in Afitos, by foot, because was very close to us. The villa is very nice decorated, with modern furniture. Kitchen area is very big and equiped with everything you need, including a dish wash machine. We enjoyed the table with chairs in the front of house, with nice view over the lush garden of complex. Very relaxing overall and the pool area is a plus.

    The property is very private, with lots of space outside and inside to move around and relax in. The pool is a good size for a private pool. The interior is decorated with lovely antique furnishings with all required facilities. The location is great as its literally round the corner from the centre of the village, yet it was still very peaceful. We loved sitting on the balcony just watching the birds. The host Roxane was great, giving us her contact details and checking in with us to make sure we were ok and answer any questions we had.
