After a tough year, this is just what we needed. We loved the villa. The views were breathtaking and the host was amazing. We arrived in heavy rain (worst rain in 7 years), the host was so accommodating. He bought a PS2 for the villa, a telescope and there was a cupboard full of games, genga, chess, cards etc. so we were able to do activities inside the villa. We arrived to welcome nibbles set out on the table and a fridge full of bottled water. During our stay he gifted us with a lovely creation cake, bought us oranges from his farm and made us homemade creation pies. The sun did arrive during our stay, so we were able to use the outside space. This space was lovely. 3 pools, loungers, outside beds,beside tables, parasols, dining table and ping pong. The location is quite rural, but this is what we wanted (always the way for the amazing views). There is a small town roughly 5 mins drive from the villa, which has tavern, supermarket and a few shops. We had the most wonderful stay here. Thank you Nikkos

From arrival and the drive towards the villa you knew you would be in for a treat, what a location and view for the villa! Just stunning sunsets , tranquil and serenity in stylish accommodation. Nikos is most friendly and very thorough on the villa rules. Warm welcome with local treats and some home baked goods on different morning. Always on hand to help with anything, just great communication from host. The villa is only 5-10mins drive to a very lovely beach with a great strip of restaurants with the perfect holiday vibe, also close enough to travel to kissamos to visit the famous beaches, just the most perfect base for Crete.

The villa is much larger than the pictures make out, it’s very peaceful, it was clean and has been well maintained. Anna’s communication was great from start to finish. A week wasn’t enough I wish we could have stayed longer. We found so many amazing beaches just 15 mins drive with lots of tavernas with great food, I loved this villa so much it was perfect for myself my partner and my two kids. We would definitely recommend to book this villa.

So close to the beach and local restaurants which made for a relaxed holiday. The apartment was so nice and clean, beautiful bathroom. Air con made it very comfortable too in the heat. The hosts were very responsive and helpful

    Everything was brilliant. Alexandros met us on arrival. The villa is so great! It has a perfect location, great parking and a fantastic clear pool. We spent one week in the pool and had only two small trips, like to the Botanical Garden (only 45 minutes from the villa). The air conditioner works fine, but it was not too bad outside! Perfect wind. The new beds are great! Very comfortable. And thanks to Alexandros for his help organizing our daughter's birthday!

    We loved everything about the property! The villa is so well maintained with the photos not doing the surrounding beauty justice. From the orchard to the white mountains. Clean pool and beautiful rooms. It was perfect for us.

    Lovely hosts to interact with, who brought us fruit and other treats and were available for any requests or questions. The house is spacious and comfortable - we enjoy staying in actual village homes rather than impeccable-but-soulless hotel rooms, and this house is just that. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

    Armenoi is a lovely, quiet Greek village. The villa is in a quiet location with fantastic views of the mountains. The local tavernas are very friendly and the food is excellent. The pool guy and cleaner visit regularly so everything is kept very clean. Can't fault the villa, it has everything you need. The welcome food/drink hamper was fabulous. It's barely 10 minutes to the lovely beach & restaurants at Kalyves. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely go back!

    Spacious villa, lovely pool which is very well maintained. Very kind and thoughtful . Everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The table tennis is an added bonus.
