Amazing location , secluded yet close to all the amenities! Amazing little village close by. Views were stunning, pool was excellent! Would definitely stay again. The person who communicated with us was named Tonia, she answered all my questions and was super responsive.. my daughter got sick and she booked a doctor's appointment for us! Truly incredible and unforgettable experience! Will definitely book again!

A beautiful villa, with an amazing view of the mountains and the sea. Spacious and with all required facilities - everything necessary for cooking, utensils, washing machine, dish washer, hairdryer. The barbecue area was cozy and perfect to spend warm evenings in, and do cooking in. The pool was nice and heated. Very easy communication with the owner, who accommodated all of our needs, and answered all of our questions very quickly. Village Kournas located about 700m from the village, with lovely tavernas. We were happy with our stay, great value for money. Thank you Villa Kermes!

A wonderful spacious villa, with a magnificent view and a perfect pool. The view both at night and during the day was breathtaking. The pool was excellent and enjoyed it to the max! The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The host was truly very kind and helpful. Would totally recommend staying here, a true gem of the area!

Everything you could want for a countryside retreat away from the bustle of the coastal resorts. Nice walk to the lake with cafes, pedalos and option for swimming. Tranquil, picturesque and authentic environment, breathtaking views, good connection to both coastlines. Highly recommended to everyone who would like to avoid mass tourism and enjoy the true Crete. The house itself is spacious, bright and clean. We had everything we needed. Marika was very friendly, communication with her was smooth.

Lovely house,with lovely hostess Maria.New home which is just like the pictures.You feel at home in this quiet place,a stone's throw from Rethymno.There is everything needed down to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay.Maria is available for any questions.Very spacious in the four bedrooms.With parking space at the front.There is a bakery 2 minutes away and a good supermarket.Very kind gesture when the doorbell rang and her father served us welcome local pastries with a bottle of wine and coffee.Thanks,Maria and for the lovely words and wishes on leaving:).We would love to return.I recommend.
