The best place to calm & enjoy the wonderful view of Elounda. All the suites have a private pool big enough for 4 people, sunbeds & tables. Maria, the hotel owner, is very kind & always available to help you with any request! If you need coffee/snack or even lunch local stores offer a delivery service! Every morning I ordered coffee & breakfast in my room within 15mins! (Ask Maria for details)

Staying at this place was incredible. This is a settlement of only a couple of huts, so we were in amazing silence, where you could hear birds and roosters. The hosts left pleasant gifts. They were very kind, answered quickly if we had any questions. The house has everything you need: a washing machine (there are even capsules for washing, which is incredibly nice, because we didn't have to buy a whole package), a hair dryer, a grill, a comfortable bed, an oven, hot water. We vacationed at the end of August - beginning of September, so the temperature in the house was perfect. We felt at home, which was also helped by the very friendly neighbors. We had a car, so we had no problem going to a nearby town for dinner or buying groceries. There is an olive farm 5 minutes away, where there is a free basic tour. It takes 15-30 minutes to get to the best beaches, depending on where you are going. The nearest large supermarket is also about 15 minutes away. Also, your path will run past olive groves every day, which deepens you the atmosphere of the island.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was wonderfully peaceful - exactly what we were looking for! Just a 5-minute walk away, there’s a kiosk and a coffee/snack bar, both very convenient for quick treats or essentials. We rented a car to explore more beaches, which I highly recommend, and also to visit a larger supermarket like 'Sklavenitis' in town. The port is about a 20-minute walk and is absolutely charming. If you’re seeking privacy, comfort, and pure relaxation, Sunny House is the perfect place to stay!

Villa Benjamin is an absolute gem in Crete! Perfectly located near great tavernas, a huge supermarket, and beautiful beaches (we took our best trip photos there). The villa is huge, spotless, and far better than the photos suggest. The rooftop terrace is the highlight - stunning views and the best spot for breakfast or evenings. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and everything felt 5* quality. The host was amazing - super fast replies, great recommendations, even helped me arrange flowers. If you’re exploring East Crete, this is hands down the best place to stay!

    Idyllic location with breathtaking view. Given a warm welcome from Maria who made us a coffee and shared her contact details. We immediately knew that we were going to have a pleasant stay. The villa comes with private pool which was very welcome on the hot days in Crete. Efficient air conditioning throughout and well equipped kitchen. Guide books and games and books to read also a lovely touch.

    The villa is absolutely immaculate. The views are incredible. I can now see why it is so highly rated! Periklis was awesome, meeting us at 1am to greet us on arrival. Periklis has bought us supples for the morning so we had milk and bread for the children. We also asked very last minute about getting a birthday cake for one of our party as it was her birthday. We couldn’t believe our luck when arriving to find the best cake we have ever eaten! I can’t recommend Elounda Luxury Villas high enough! Look forward to staying again!
